10 Tips for a Great Headshot
What to wear - Men & Women:
1.) Wear clothing that is comfortable and makes you look great.
2.) Make sure your jacket and shirt fit you well. A poor fitting jacket or shirt will be obvious.
3.) Try to ensure that your shirt and jacket are clean and freshly pressed on photo day.
What to wear - Men:
4.) An excellent business look is a suit jacket, dress shirt and tie.
5.) You'll look best in a freshly pressed shirt. Please remember to bring a necktie and jacket.
6.) Consider wearing a solid blue, black or dark gray jacket. Classic styles look best.
What to wear - Women:
7.) Your blouse and jacket will look best if freshly pressed.
8.) The picture is about your face. Use makeup sparingly and keep jewelry simple.
9.) A simple necklace or earrings are best. If too big they will distract from your eyes.
The most important tip:
10.) The key to a great photo is for the photographer to put you at ease so your smile will be natural and the photo will look like you. I'll provide all the direction for a smooth and successful photo shoot.
